General Terms

These are general terms and conditions and apply to Booked Images Ltd.


By using any service, you agree to provide Booked Images with up to date and accurate information about yourself. This information is required by Booked Images to complete your order.


By using our services you agree not to reproduce any part of any of our services, use of the service, or access to the service for any commercial purposes without written consent prior to publishing.

Access

Booked Images Ltd reserves the right to reserve any content, logos, text, images and services used on our site and at no point should this content be copied, sold, rented, leased, licensed or granted in any way or otherwise assigned to any third party. If any part of our site is required to be copied or distributed then our written consent must be requested prior to publishing. This site is intended for company or personal/individual use only.

Book content

Content – Includes text, files, photos and other material. Your content includes Content that you include in the Books, submit to Booked Images Ltd for book and print services; Booked Images Ltd has no ownership or responsibility in any of your book content.

Ownership of your content – You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise have the right to duplicate or use the content in your ordered product and have the right to provide it for our printing and binding services. It is your responsibility to ensure that Your Book Content does and will not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright rights, or other rights of any other person or entity.

Booked Images Ltd retains title to the property of the order until paid in full. No orders will be dispatched prior to payment in full.

License – In order for Booked Images Ltd to provide you with our services, you hereby agree a license to reproduce and distribute your book content for the purpose of printing. You agree that Booked Images Ltd reserves the right to maintain the electronic files for any book(s) to fulfill any further orders which may be placed for such Book(s) and to maintain an archival copy of the printed Book.

Prohibited Content – You agree that you will not submit for print services any prohibited content.

Returns policy

Booked Images Ltd is sure that you will be happy with the manufacture and workmanship of any product supplied to you. On the off chance your book arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us via email within 14 days of receipt, supplying us with any relevant details of your order. If we are at fault we will then correct the errors and send the book back to you or replace it. Please understand that Booked Images Ltd  will replace any damaged books and will not issue refunds or retrospectively cancel orders.

Payments for Sample packages  will only be refunded within 14 days of payment. However, customers may change their choice of books at any time until such time that final proofs have been agreed.

Please note that each book that you order from us is individually made and is unique. Every book is bound and printed on site to a very high standard but Booked Images Ltd cannot guarantee that each and every copy will be identical. Minor differences may occur in printing and binding in terms of print colour and binding type.

Whilst we work very hard to keep our products as consistent as possible, this variation is a normal occurrence and is not considered a manufacturing defect and will not qualify for a reprint.

Your book is designed by you and Booked Images Ltd does not proof, edit, or change your content in any way. This means it is your responsibility to review your book before you publish, and amend:

• Typing errors, grammar, unfinished text, or other text errors
• Low-resolution images that may appear blurry in print
• Design issues, including book format, organisation, style, colour, and page layout

Whilst Booked Images Ltd works to minimise these errors via pre-order flight checks we cannot accept any responsibility for poor print quality which is down to the files that you supply.

Refunds may be given at the discretion of the management.
